GM's should not be doing any server restart for now
reason
-Server restart doesnt improve the lagg of server or decrease server ping
Server restart should only be done by a PM/Admin or it can only be done by
GM's when server has frozen or other really important circumstances where
the PM is not online.
I will also keep a logg of the server restarts so u cant hide it.
Note: Adding new savechars command so that all chars are saved before the restart.
