we are enough staff,maybe to much but only 2-3 active ...

For the lack of players we have at the moment, there's enough staff. Although, it might not be a bad idea to have some others lined up just incase the population starts growing rapidly.

Well, Keep an eye on them and from da promotion results you can know who should be fired.
And who should be promoted, That's it.

On PVP server u dont really need 2 much staff. Just 2-3 to cover the 24 hour slot thats all.
and GM's cant really do much anyway apart from a quick restart that glitches most accounts
and doesn't improve the lagg of server.
